Is Hala allowed on Airbnb and Booking.com?
Yes, used the right way. You send the Hala link after a booking is confirmed (in your welcome message) and put the QR card in the home. Never put links in your listing or pre-booking messages. On those links Hala never suggests booking or paying outside the platform.
Do I need new software?
No. Hala works next to whatever you use today: Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, Agoda, Hostaway, Hospitable or nothing at all. You share one link.
What happens when Hala doesn’t know the answer?
It tells the guest it will check with you, and emails you the question straight away. Add the answer once and Hala knows it next time.
Which languages does Hala speak?
Hala replies in the language the guest writes in, including English, Arabic, Spanish, French, Italian and German.
